Original Title Music in .mid?
Original Title Music in .mid?
Hi, new here! I was wondering if there happens to exist a version of the original DOS title screen music in either .gm or .mid format? From what I've been able to find, it does seem like a version exists from https://www.transporttycoon.net/music?recording=10, however this is only an .ogg recording. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Wow, thanks a bunch for finding that!

In OpenTTD 1.9 and up, you can also load the original GM.CAT file as a music set (rename it to GM-TTO.CAT and put in your baseset folder), then you can choose the TTO music in OpenTTD.
And when you have the music loaded in OpenTTD, you can also make it write the currently playing tune to a MID file with a console command. ("dumpsmf <filename.mid>")
