Script for managing multiple local authorities

I waste lots of time opening many local authorities to do advertizing. For each authority, need to open the town, then the local authority, then advertize. When you're doing it to 30+ towns, it gets pretty annoyingg. I would love to see a script, or better yet a proper game update, that allowed for doing all this in one window. Select all towns I want, and do advertizing in all of them at once. Maybe even set up regular advertizing, like once per month. The same for other local authority actions like fund new buildings.
