Clearly this one is a little difficult, as such I shall drop hints as and when I remember to make it a little easier.
This is such a model town (although technically it is a village, just a very very large one...)

The water level in the river is normal - it is also only a few feet deep.
As a result of that river, comparisons are often made with Venice...

To sum up
The Town/Village is famous for its collection of model museums, particularly the model village (of itself) and railway
It is famous for its river, which with the low bridges gives comparisons to Venice.
And you may think the architecture looks a little cotwolds-stoney....
