Well, I couldn't have done it withouth your kind help. Thanks again.

I'm really interested in what you'll say for larger buldozers on heavy flatcars. :D

After being gone for a while, i was happy to come baxck and find this set has been well maintained and well developed. As much as i love it (esp. the higher speeds in some of the later vehicles), i have only one critique:

They disappear after about 2050 or so!!

At least leave one to be an open-ended, "the ultimate technology" vehicle that remains far into the future. Or better yet, create some vehicles for games that continue well into the 23rd or 24th century...

This is a great addition to my other vehicles, and for the most part they do compete very nicely, and are well-balanced in their design...

I guess that everybody plays HEQS with "vehicles never expire" :)

Probably the last vehicles to be released should be adjusted so they stay available forever.

What about adding fictional\future designs like Hybrid Mine Trucks or possibly huge turbine electric trucks. Maybe even hydrogen trucks

That truck is awesome. I would love to see that ingame :)

For some features it needs rv-wagons, right? :P

I'm not sure if it has been suggested yet (and I would be surprised if it hadn't):

Traction engines! (Like Trevor) that would function similarly to the bulldozers, ie pulling wagons, carts, sleds, logs, etc. Also for even earlier times, draught horses
EDIT: The traction engines could also have steam puffing now , right?

this set is realy awesome. The only thing i would really really love to see is this set in 32bpp. Despite all the work it would be, creating all the trucks again and make them ready for extended zoom it would really boost that project with this awesome set. Just like the GRVTS set did.

:D I'm not personally interested in 32bpp. I like 3D models, but for TTD I like pixel art.

If someone wanted to do a 32bpp version, I'd suggest looking for free 3d models. Stuff like dump trucks are quite common. (Or compare time against money and buy some models from somewhere like Turbo Squid!) http://www.turbosquid.com/FullPreview/I ... /ID/197281

Oh wow. Please tell me you're adding this baby at some point- whether it's practical IRL or not, it looks just like a mining truck of the future should.

Looking for more heavy vehicles on the net, but not sure where to look... besides Cracked.com and their ever-reliable lists of Biggest Craziest Everythings Ever. (for that matter, that world's biggest automated mining shovel thing that looks like some kind of mechanical Dungeons and Dragons monster needs to be a coal/iron ore mine reskin)

...well, nothing on the truck front so far, but someone has to make a Railplanes grf. Actually, that entire article has some awesome GRF ideas, not least the nuclear powered cars and two-story bus-tram-things.

Okay, these babies look like boss battles out of some OTTD action spinoff, but sadly none are really the transporty type. Also, Cracked loves the word 'terrifying'.

Ooh, better luck on Wikipedia. Here's a truck with about ten million wheels specifically designed for carrying ridiculously big things,

Thanks for the update, but why is the railmotor attached to the core road vehicles instead of trams parameter? I'm using only the latter and the Unimog rail car mover in my games and therefore find this a bit confusing.
