This may be an obvious question, but it's best to ask.

Have you remembered to included a vehicle that uses the electrified road?

hehe... umm... no...
Should I?
Let's try it!

OK, it works now...
Thanks for the tip. Now I'll just edit the graphics a bit and wait for someone to make an electric bus for loco ;)

Electrified roads is an interesting idea, less chance of road vehicles getting lost. :D

Someone make trolley trucks too, so they won't get lost either, and stop b****** overtaking each other and blocking traffic coming the other way!

why dont you just mod the routemaster to run on electric roads. its the closest vehicle in the game (graphically) to a trolleybus.
And why do all the corners in your screenshot look a bit odd? kind off 'cut up' if you know what i mean? but good work anyway!

The graphics are wierd because I simply copy-pasted them from the us road ;) I'll have to make them look correct pixel-by-pixel... Or is there another way?

Also, the T-crossings work like the tram, you just cant see where it turns. I'll do something about that...

Another problem: Normal road vehicles can't use the electrified road (If not built over existing roads)

you know you could just use the tram track electrified catenary trackmod and use it on the roads like its done on the trams..instead of making a new road type for it.

But wouldn't that mean that the roads would have rails?

believe it or not, tram tracks are a type of road in loco.
and i supposed to say roadmod not trackmod..
look at roadtram.dat to get the roadmod and try use it in normal roads..

I tried that, although without any vehicle to use electricity... *tries again*

Nope, doesn't work. The bus doesn't even come purchasable (a new tab comes in the tram building though(like with the railroads, normal or narrow gauge))
Niether can I see a trackmod tab (which the tram/elec. road track has). Only road & station.

Another problem: Tram tracks can't be built with electric roads. Im working on how to make them buildable crossways though.

Looks good. :)

afaik, the catenary won't show cause it hasn't been set compatible with the road i think.

Yes it is, but I guess its hardcoded to loco that roads can't have mods... Too bad.

the tram track is a road itself :?

No it isn't, its under the "Rail" department (& Electrified Roads are there too)
