Is there a way, to play TT with more than 2 players?

Well, openttd can be played with upto 8 players, over internet or lan.

So can TTDPatch. But its unstable as hell and doesnt work on the Internet! (Need pings under 10ms)

Well, no, only TTDPatch, hmm, 2.0.1 alpha 10vcsx can play with more than 2 players, IIRC. Otherwise, you're limited to 2 players, and an unstable game at that. ;)

The enhancedmultiplayer switch was first introduced in 2.0.1 alpha 10vcs. It is still in there to this day. Atleast it was the last time I looked.

But yeah, same issues. Unstable, de-syncs, and the sv1flip does not work.

Nope, it was never integrated into the main trunk. The only "enhancedx" switch today is "enhanceddifficultysettings". ;)

Thats intersting, Im pretty sure I saw it, but it may have been whilst I was pawing through the Patch sourcecode during my little expeditions some time ago.

That reminds me... I have a patch to finish...
