New Mines

Because old TTDX coal mines do not look like coal mines in the area where I live, I have recently changed coal mine graphics. I have finally managed to give it form of a .grf (it was just raw main graphics file editing before) via GRD2GRF (with some editing, I hope all descriptions are correct now).
So, here it is...my first GRF.

Tip 1: don't be greedy.
Tip 2: if you like that so much, try making them yourself.

I have only 1h and 30 minutes for myself everyday
in that time I have to eat & wash myself and prepare to going to bed, I doubt I would finish it next 10th years

Aww, that stinks :D.

I apologise if I sounded too harsh, Shadow but it was your word choice that put me off. Still, I think we shouldn't overload new artists with requests.

Prebral ... I downloaded and installed your coalmine.grf.
Excellent work. :D

And the nice thing about it is its not an exe that forever modifies my trt files.

So ... what's next? You're not stopping with the coal mine are you?

I have done some drawing on CSStations set. It is not finished however, testing alpha release is being coded (not by myself), but it will take a bit more time and also some the stations themselves require more graphic work. There are also some other things in progress (industries, vehicles), but the stations set will be problably released before them.

As for small things like this: there may be something sometimes, just when I will have some spare time...maybe reworking the iron ore mine too.

The problem is, that most of money I earn comes from things I do on my computer and there are no deadlines - except for red account bilance lines. Anytime I turn the computer on, I may either do something profitable (if responsibility wins) or surf the net and do some pixel-2-pixel paintings for TTDX (if the tiny red devil behind my left ear wins). He won this round

Tell the little devil that if he wants to eat, you have to earn a living too.

Nice mine! Looks very European. It should appear in a larger set for wider circulation - maybe the TTRS Euro version?

Oy, is Zimmlock considering localised TTRS grf's?

Not that I know of, yet.

Although, as it is the TTRS has a somewhat Euro flavor to it anyway.

Yeah, I wonder why :D.

PS: I suggest this was all OT here (I started it and I would like to end it too).

Looks great there! :D

If only someone would redo the iron ore mines too, I'd be set for... A really long time
