After long discussion on #openttd, we decided that there are so many replies possible on this kind of posts, that we will just post some of them:
<TL|Away> "don't start a new game"
<RichK67> "pedants away!!"
<Sacro> "Dont lean on the keyboard"
<TL|Away> "Move your head fast enough to compensate the speed"
<TL|Away> or: "don't move your head"
<Sacro> insert new user and press any key to continue
And I have no doubt more to come!
(I hope you get the hint, if not.. oh well...)

Heh, it's actually an issue on a Laptop with scrolling buttons that can somehow get linked with the right-mouse button. Not sure how, but there we go.
Amusing answers tho.
