The city of Vasa is growing rapidly, and it's almost a fight between Vasa and the neighboring city of Sofia which one of them to claim being the biggest city in the region!

With nearly 30000 habitants Vasa still holds the number one position though!

Anyways, growing bigger means that new corporations are establishing with their large stories, like the ones shown below just outside the north entrance to Vasa;

WHOA.

I don't think I have seen anything that impressive for a long time. Just the sheer scale and detail of it. Never thought I would see something like that in TTD...

Glad you like it! It looks really good in game too!

I use station tiles for this one. The thing is, after doing some of this work I've come to realize that I personally prefer to be able to design these particular "areas" myself. That's why I've also made this IKEA building in 1x1 modules, meaning that the end user can build up the store facilitity in whatever shape preferred depending on personal likings - and available space, just to mention a few reasons. There are, for instance, more modules available for this particular "industry"!

Yes, but referring to the above stated I believe I would like to have these industries represented by a small 1x1 industry tile, perhaps as a "flag or a sign" as shown in the image, while the actual facility can be built up using station tiles, thus allowing for the end user to chose their own personal style.

Incredibly, it clearly looks like a standard Ikea store, whilst at the same time managing to retain the TT feel. Kudos.

Yes, but they are parked in the middle of the cars, I think it would be nice if they had their very own parking lot.
But it's just my thought.

Might be? I already have them and lots of other new stuff - although not shown in the image. But I don't have enough clean sprite sheets for all of it!
