Openttd DS port help!

Hello,
I was very exicted when I read about the DS port but I didn't know if I could get it on my 3ds, I tried but it didn't work - does it not work on 3DS?
Can someone also help me with my psp which im trying to get the port on, it's the first version; I cannot fit the 512MB SD into my parkard bell oneTwo all-in-one?

Unfortunately, the DS port has not been worked on for quite some time and never reached a fully playable state. I very much doubt that work on it will resume.
