locomotion VS transport tycoon VS railroad tycoon
I am a long time player of both rails and tt, but never played locomotion. How does it compare to these? I am especially interested in financial abilities such as stock trading and bonds. Is it worth buying compared to these 2?

Here goes nothing.
Locomotion over TTD.
Better graphics
More than 1 type of corner
Can rotate
In my opinion, easier to mess about with items in the game (locotool)
TTD over Loco
Better routing
More mods
Larger maps
Larger community
That whole 32mb thing (or something) they have going on.
Both over RR
Worse graphics, but better for the game type
can have more than 8 cars
Both can start in 1800s if you have the mods
More trains
More mods
Better routing (more than 2 tracks)
Better Music.

I suggest playing all of the three games to make an opionon of your own, as many people will have different viewings.

Of course I will (: I am a long time player of both OpenTTD and the Railroad Tycoon series, but when I'm doing ratings for games I like to get others opinions, especially insightful ones.Illegal_Alien wrote:I suggest playing all of the three games to make an opionon of your own, as many people will have different viewings.
