AutoPlacer for New Objects

I downloaded a NewGRF with lots of cool landmarks in it, and I was hoping that it might place them randomly in my towns to make each have something unique about them. Sadly, this wasn't the case. Would it be a big ask?

What's the cool landmarks set? Is it CO by chance? there might be a townset for it, although i am unsure
