Awesome screenshot!
On a related note, this is only celebrated in Canada, but the 26th was Airport Workers Day. Very fitting for this month's theme.
Re: The Screenshot Of The Month 04/24: "Large International Airports"
If I can change my entry, here's the new one:
This is a seven runway fully functional large airport. Not an optimal design and not well decorated, but aircraft can use its runways, tracks and hangars with a modified version of OpenTTD.

Which version of openttd allows you to do this? Even with intercontinental airports, you find that they are inadequate in capacity when your fleet grows into the hundreds of aircraft.

belgi wrote: ↑17 Jun 2024 12:59 In 1932, the construction of an airport for the local Aeroclub began near the regional capital. The airport grew rapidly and owners of large companies began to use it to travel to business partners. During the World War, it was used by the occupiers, who built new halls for the assembly of fighter planes on the surrounding land. After the war, the airport became civilian again and, due to its excellent location, was used more and more for travelers traveling to tourist destinations, first in Europe, but increasingly for overseas flights. At the turn of the millennium, the airport was significantly modernized, a new security hall was built, the control tower was repaired and modernized, new internal roads, engineering networks and a security center were established. The airport has become an important transport hub for the entire region and is used by a huge number of both passengers and freight carriers.

Just this week I am working on better graphics depending on climate, which would have improved my screenshot a lot... Well... Too late.

How can I download and incorporate it into a future game? Would love to have even higher capacity airports, especially late in the game when I have huge airline fleets.J0anJosep wrote: ↑02 Jul 2024 20:23A branch I have been working on. You can clone the repository and compile the corresponding branch with the provided link to test it. If you find any bug, please let me know in the PR or in viewtopic.php?t=56101.RoyalExamination9410 wrote: ↑04 Jul 2024 01:06 How can I download and incorporate it into a future game? I think it would be better to go back to the topic of this thread.

HI!
Similar to the Veluwemeer Acqueduct in Holland. Cars pass underneath, ships above.

Will probably eventually release it here in the Forum, but it isnt really suited for "normal" gameplay, its more for Dutch eyecandy solo games.
