- Is it nice to see the DAT name in the game? As I have shown in thi
thread?
- A positive thoughtful comment would be appreciated (keeping to topic)

OK:
1) it makes little difference to me - I know what dats I need when I need them!
2) please can you start writing in Paragraphs rather than bullet points
3) I'm english, just like yourself.

Yep - with regard to your item 1) I'm glad you do..
But what about other members (and I mean the ordinary guys & dolls
who find it more difficult to determine DAT files and their content). I was hoping you would understand that the question was really directed generally to the membership through you, and were I to hold a similar position I would have responded for theirs and my benefit.

For me it's the best thought out scenario by far. I have adapted it in so many different ways and I willingly admit that every time I use it my thoughts return to your efforts and thoughts applied in it's planning.
Writing graphis takes tenth place to a good scenario! I have played countless games with it. I have also played other scenario's but yours is the crem'e de la crem'e
Thanks for replying

Thanks for download info. The downloads are now safely tucked away in "sarah's file". Will be viewing them when I come back from fishing on Sunday(weather permitting) (Ooop's I've gone off topic - tut tut). How many responses have you received following the scenario release?
Kindest regards

- I have modified some of them to run on standard & robrails RRC track
- They really do compliment each other!
- There is one little gem COHETE.DAT and I now have it runninig on the latest STEAM (lotsa lotsa lotsa) with my own sound track - and does it look and sound great....
Kindest Regards

I am pleased for you. They are nicely thought out vehicles - and I am glad you saw them. In this thread is a screenshot and comments concerning named DAT files in the locomotion game/scenario editor.(have a quick look). Should have posted this subject as a seperate item!.
Kind Regards

To be honest, not much feedback, but the sheer numbers of downloads says something!
That Merseyside map was my first Loco map (I got the North pointer in the wrong place, as I hadn't noticed there was one!). It followed a similar map that I made for Transport tycoon. Alas that is lost somewhere on a ZIP disc...
Well I am a (little) surprised on the general lack of thanks. My Age group tries it's best to convey our thanks, we do beleive it's worth it.
The number of downloads would have pleased you though!!!
Thanks Again for boat additions etc. which reminds me I caught no fish Sunday, it was very cold blustery and wet, so was pleased to get home to the fire and a hot cocoa.

Why do you post this now, Andel will deal with your accusations I'm sure
Hi there spaceman-spiff
Is it a must for members to make their personal opinions known within a set time frame? What I have done, is to thank both these gentlemen for their appreciation of matters. Just as I did thank you for deleting certain postings not only in this one but others. My records show that you did in fact rightly and properly remove many contentious posts made (and I have copies of them on my computer). Why 'have a go' at these ordinary people who saw what happened differently to the Moderators?.
Kindest Regards to you - With no malice aforethought.
