Some city-graphics, I've never ever seen ingame...
Hey guys.
When I was searching for newgfs to get cities which look better and more individual, I came across this page: http://wiki.openttd.org/City_Buildings_ ... raphics%29
I'm not using any extra-zoom graphics, but I even can't find many of the "original" graphics ingame. E.g. the cinema or the country houses, I've never seen them when I was playing OTTD. Can I download a grf-pack which includes them or are they automatically included in the game and I've set a wrong parameter somewhere?
Tank you.
(Please excuse my language mistakes, I'm no native english speaker)
And by the way: What grfs are used in this picture to get the skyscrapers etc. ? http://www.openttd.org/en/screenshot/1. ... ongvorarat

Hello,
The GRF file you're searching for is the Total Town Replacement Set version 3 set .
You can find you're grf file on this site : http://grfcrawler.tt-forums.net/details ... ils&id=130.
Good luck !

Its quite possible you've seen those original buildings, but because you are using a different base set they look different.
All those images look like they are based off the original Transport Tycoon graphics.

Since the link is broken, do I have the possibility to download it somewhere else? Because I really would like to have those buildings.PinkMoon wrote: The GRF file you're searching for is the Total Town Replacement Set version 3 set .

What do you mean with "base set"? You mean I use a replacement set? Because this is not the case...Lakie wrote:Its quite possible you've seen those original buildings, but because you are using a different base set they look different.

Thanks very much for the quick help!
Re: Some city-graphics, I've never ever seen ingame...
you ll find the Total Toan Replacement GRf in the ingame download menu...
and maybe he just meant you are using the Open Gfx and not the original from TTD...( this is not a new grf)

I've got the set now. In consequence, I'll probably not see the houses I asked for in the future, but I'm happy with the new houses.
Thanks for helping me!

The houses as indicated as "original" are found that exact way only in the TTD base set - which you can obtain, if you purchase the original TTD. OpenGFX - the base set you most probably use - uses differently drawn houses in their places.Del-Pierro wrote: When I was searching for newgfs to get cities which look better and more individual, I came across this page: http://wiki.openttd.org/City_Buildings_ ... raphics%29

I knew about the difference between OpenGFX and the original graphics - and I am using the original graphic set.
